About Me & My Work
Hi! I’m Kristy Benicase. I grew up raised by both the peace and solitude of the Hudson Valley, and the bright lights of the city that never sleeps. From a very young age drawing, writing and design have always been my passions and I have been so lucky to be able to turn them into a career that has now spanned decades. I possess a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from SUNY Oswego, as well as a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Marist. Studying IMC on top of Graphic Design has given me the unique opportunity to bridge my creativity with marketing skills and create really special branding concepts that are both visually appealing and effective in reaching target audiences. Weddings and events are my other favorite area of design to work in – stationery, signage, hand lettered seating charts – I love it all. All in all, I find joy in bringing other people’s visions to life and helping them to express themselves through design.
